program

The idea to create collaborative and non-hierarchical organizations may seem dizzying – there is so much to learn, where do we start?
-
This participatory workshop rooted in the practice of peer coaching circles will help you take actions right away to bring a more efficient and open collaboration within your organisation. You will work directly in your setting, based on your own questions and projects, and will benefit from every participant’s expertise.
-
For those currently developing a project, the several points of view will allow you to address obstacles differently and find solutions you wouldn’t have think of on your own. For others, this singular activity will be the occasion to acquire new professional skills while exchanging and networking. This workshop will be a unique occasion to foster new ideas and cultivate old ones, so don’t hesitate to come with a project already in mind.
-
At the end of the activity you will all leave with tools that will allow you to promote change within your organization.

Co-director

Laurence Leduc-Primeau

Laurence's unique observation and listening skills give her an acute understanding of human dynamics and underlying issues – she discerns the minute, the unperceivable and brings them to light to inform our processes. Her journey brought her to participatory processes and collaborative leadership a couple of years ago when she faced the limits of traditional leadership.
-
She is now accompanying organisations and individuals to make significant shifts in the way they work and live – towards something more fluid, more free, more energising, and more efficient. She really enjoys creating contexts for authentic connections where groups, organizations and individuals reveal themselves and work better together, towards long-lasting solutions.
